15. The end

15. The Danish defeat is complete. The original defenders of the village are completely destroyed.
Following a prolonged musket duel with the 13th Rgt and the Westphalian Jagers, the second brigade
is starting to fall back, and the last chance cavalry charge against the isolated Prussian battalion
has been thrown back by a well aimed volley by the 1/53rd.

The Final Tally The Danes lost both guns, 2 cavalry regiments and 5 of 8 infantry battalions engaged.
The Prussians lost their cavalry brigade - all 3 regiments - but their infantry ended the game with all 10
units still on-table (although one of the battalions from the 12th rgt was so shattered that it was not fit for further use).

Conclusion While the losses clearly indicate a Prussian victory, the fact that they now have no cavalry while the Danes still have 2 regiments will make a close pursuit more difficult.
